Money Back Guarantee

There are several available options to ask for your money back (to receive a refund) for an order. Keep in mind that the refund is issued only back to the initial payment source. In order to receive your money back successfully, the following rules must be observed.

If you have not approved the order yet, you can receive one of the following refund types below:

1. 100% refund if:
   1. there was a payment mistake (such as a double charge, duplicate orders, etc.). Please inform us of this case immediately and we will be able to give you a full refund if the writer has not been assigned yet;
   2. there was no suitable writer available to complete your order. We will contact you if such a rare case occurs and will initiate the refund ourselves;
   3. there is no need for the completed order anymore because the deadline has passed and it was not delivered to you on time. In this case, the completed assignment will not be uploaded to you. You will also not be able to use any of the materials you may have received in the order already.
2. 70% refund if:
   1. there was a writer assigned to your order and less than 50% of the deadline has passed. Because the writer needs to be compensated for the work, he may have already begun, only a partial refund is possible in such a case.
3. 50% refund if:
   1. there is no writer available to complete the revision of your order;
   2. there was a writer assigned to your order and more than 50% of the deadline has already passed. Thus, the writer needs to be compensated in this case as well.

After the initialization of the refund, you will not receive any intellectual or property rights of the completed assignment. These rights are canceled and revoked after the initialization of the refund procedure.

If the order is sent back for a revision, it means that it requires only insignificant adjustments and you approve it in general.

Keep in mind that the refund cannot be issued:

• for credit of your personal account on our website;
• in case your initial instructions were followed according to the Quality Assurance department;
• in case the requirements of the Terms of Use were not followed;
• for additional extras: VIP customer service, TOP Writer, Abstract, Plagiarism Report, Sources Used and Table of Contents in case they were already provided;
• for discounts;
• in case you clicked the “Approve” button on the order page;
• for Problem Solving and Multiple Choice Question assignments. In case you use the answers provided by the writer, you, thus, approve the order automatically. If less than 50% of the answers provided by the writer are correct, you may be qualified for a partial credit for the order. The Customer Experience Manager calculates the amount of credit in each case individually.
