Revision Policy

At DarwinEssay.net we do our best to provide you with high-quality academic help. For that very reason we can revise your text material upon your request if it didn’t fully satisfy you. Your paper, if it was delivered to you by us, can be revised three times at no cost if your revision request corresponds the terms stated below:

• Paper instructions: If you provide the instructions for a revision, they should not contradict  the initial instructions you provided in your paper details. It may occur that our Quality Assurance Department takes a decision that the initial instructions were fully satisfied. In this case we can refuse to revise your text material.
• Request submission: To submit your request for a revision, you can use our “Send for revision” button on your personal account page before you approve the text material. Please, view and read the document thoroughly before you press “Approve” button. If you happened to approve the order, but still need a revision, please contact our Customer Support Representatives and give them the instructions to make a revision upon. You will also need to specify a new deadline for a revision. Otherwise, your order will not be revised.
• Deadline specifications: Before you happened to press an “Approve” button, it is possible to send your order for a revision at any time. However, if the order has been already approved, you still can ask for a revision within the next 7 days. Please keep in mind that if your order includes more than 20 pages, it can be revised too if you requested a revision within 14 days after approval. We consider your order as delivered on time if the very first draft was delivered to you timely.
• Number of revisions: You can send your text material for a revision three times for free in the cases stated above. In one message you can specify as many revision instructions as you have.

If you have already used all three free revisions or your revision instructions do not correspond to the instructions mentioned above, you will need to place a brand new order for editing/proofreading. In this order you must write the changes you want to make in your text material.

Please note that the revised text material can be approved within 14 days. We will calculate the time until approval from the day since the last version of your text material was uploaded to your personal control panel. When this time is out, the text material (or its part) will be approved automatically.
